At Zeds Perfumes, we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and hygiene standards of our inspired perfumes. Each product is carefully curated, hand-packed, and shipped after strict quality checks.

Due to the nature of our products—personal and consumable—we maintain a strict no refund, no exchange, and no cancellation policy.

All purchases made through our website are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy ensures product integrity, hygiene, and fairness to all customers.

As perfumes fall under the category of personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot accept any returns once the packaging seal has been opened, even if unused. This is to prevent contamination, misuse, or tampering.

Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases where a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within *24 hours of delivery* with:

* Your order number
* A clear unboxing video and product photos
* A short description of the issue

​

Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
If verified, a replacement (for the same product) will be issued. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong or incomplete order, contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof. Verified cases will receive a replacement.

Refunds Not Applicable

Refunds will not apply if:

* You dislike the fragrance or find it different from expectations
* The product shows minor variations in color, scent, or packaging
* The damage occurred due to mishandling after delivery
* Delivery was delayed due to courier or logistics issues

 

All decisions regarding refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Zeds Perfumes.
