Order Processing
* Orders are processed within *1–3 business days* after confirmation.
* During sale or festive seasons, processing may take up to 5 days.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes *3–7 business days* depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly. Zeds Perfumes is not liable for packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please verify your address before placing the order.
If delivery fails due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, reshipping costs will apply.
Damaged Parcels
In case of damage, report within *24 hours* with an unboxing video and photos.
If approved, a replacement will be provided — *refunds are not issued.*
Currently, we ship *only within India.* International shipping may be added in the future.
